Rhenus Lupprians are the nominated installer for a number of global print manufacturers, providing technical support centres, technical customer service, European swap out services, large scale installations, demo/loan management and inventory management.
Rhenus Lupprians offers two forms of project management in the print division. The primary area relates to the management of individual projects and the relevant delivery and installation. This is carried in consultation with customers to ensure a seamless delivery and installation process.
The secondary area relates to large scale projects and roll outs. This could be for a pan European swap out programme or for a product upgrade programme. This process will entail project management, operation consultation and relationship management. The process may run over a number of months and could relate to a business activity spanning multiple years.
Rhenus Lupprians manages a network of European storage facilities. These offer secure strategic hubs, allowing an extensive delivery matrix to be put in place.
The facilities offer integrated systems allowing complete inventory control on a remote basis. Recently RFID technology has been implemented in certain facilities offering visibility at sku level. The facilities offer pre installation and pre configuration areas.
Basic storage infrastructure such as high level racking, mezzanine areas, low level shelving and transit space is available at every European location.

Over a two-year period it is bringing in an extra 9,000 devices in the US, Canada, Latin American and EMEA regions. This is the largest global managed print services contract in HP's history and therefore it will only rely on its most trusted partners.
HP appointed Rhenus Lupprians for the installation and deployment of 500 devices in the UK and 50 in Ireland. This four-month project involves a phased design approach across 30 floors and a range of Bank of America business units. To minimise disruption to HP‘s customer most of the deployment and installation work is taking place out of hours, at weekends and evenings.
Rhenus Lupprians allocated a core team of 12 named engineers to this project, as well as project and administration support. The Rhenus Lupprians team worked closely with the HP EMEA Programme Manager and UK Project Manager to provide services including:
All these services are managed by the Rhenus Lupprians CRM system. HP can access the progress of any of these activities via Rhenus Lupprians Interactive. This real-time inventory management and tracking system provides HP with full details on how its installations are progressing.
